  • AUGA group AG acquisition of KTG agrar Lithuanian business
  • Development and implementation of revised corporate governance model in a Nasdaq and Warsaw SE dual listed company to reflect changes in shareholders structure
  • UAB Baltic Champs Group EUR 42 million acquisition of 36% of AUGA group AB shares and financing of the transaction
  • Advising on AB Siauliu Bankas acquisition of 100% of shares in bank AB Bankas Finasta and 100% of shares in brokerage company FMI Finasta from AB Invalda INVL, which is one of the major companies in Lithuania investing in other businesses and managing assets
  • Advised Danske Bank regarding sale of its retail banking business in Lithuania and Latvia to Swedbank
  • Advised on Parex bank restructuring, including allocation (transfers) of performing and non-performing assets portfolios between Parex and Citadele
  • Advised Allied Irish Banks on the acquisition of the mortgage finance business AmCredit in the Baltics from the Baltic-American Enterprise Fund
  • The Baltic-American Enterprise Fund Advised LOTOS Petrobaltic, a leading Polish oil exploration and production company and part of the LOTOS Group, on financing acquisition of a controlling stake in the Geonafta group
  • Managed Baltic law advice and advised banks’ syndicate on Lithuanian law matters of providing multibillion senior and mezzanine financing to Royal Unibrew Group
  • Advised AAC Capital Nebo Sub-LP on EUR 170 million senior and mezzanine financing acquisition of Empower a major service provider in the energy, telecom and industrial sector in Finland and the Baltic States
  • Lead and managed Baltic law advisers and advised Realia Group Oy on Lithuanian law matters related to its acquisition of Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors
  • Advised major local and international investment funds with operations in the Baltic states on their establishment and compliance issues and numerous acquisitions in Lithuania and other Baltic states as well as obtaining finance for such acquisitions
  • Acted as a lead counsel for Baltic jurisdictions and advised Nordzuker on Lithuanian law matters on its acquisition of Danisco Sugar from Danisco for a total consideration of EUR 750.5 million
  • Advising Republic of Lithuania on its several Eurobond issues
